1. ACCEPTANCE OF TERMS The Iranian Exchange provides a collection of online resources, including classified ads, forums, and various email services, (referred to hereafter as "the Service") subject to the following Terms of Use ("Terms"). By using the Service in any way, you are agreeing to comply with these Terms. In addition, when using particular ZSany.com services, you agree to abide by any applicable posted guidelines for all ZSany.com services, which may change from time to time. Should you object to any term or condition of these Terms, any guidelines, or any subsequent modifications thereto or become dissatisfied with ZSany.com in any way, your only recourse is to immediately discontinue use of ZSany.com. 2. Your interactions with organizations and/or individuals found on or through the Service, including payment and delivery of goods or services, and any other terms, conditions, warranties or representations associated with such dealings, are solely between you and such organizations and/or individuals. You should make whatever investigation you feel necessary or appropriate before proceeding with any online or offline transaction with any of these third parties. You agree that The Iranian Exchange shall not be responsible or liable for any loss or damage of any sort incurred as the result of any such dealings. If there is a dispute between participants on this site, or between users and any third party, you understand and agree that The Iranian Exchange is under no obligation to become involved. In the event that you have a dispute with one or more other users, you hereby release The Iranian Exchange, its officers, employees, agents and successors in rights from claims, demands and damages (actual and consequential) of every kind or nature, known or unknown, suspected and unsuspected, disclosed and undisclosed, arising out of or in any way related to such disputes and / or our service. 5. NOTIFICATION OF CLAIMS OF INFRINGEMENT If you believe that your work has been copied in a way that constitutes copyright infringement, or your intellectual property rights have been otherwise violated, please notify The Iranian Exchange agent for notice of claims of copyright or other intellectual property infringement. 6. PRIVACY AND INFORMATION DISCLOSURE All information provided during registration will not be shared with or distributed among any third parties. For security purposes, all email addresses supplied upon registration will remain strictly confidential by limiting communication regarding advertisements to the service, unless the user provides such details within the text of an advertisement. Thus, all responses generated by an advertisement can be sent to the creator’s email account without disclosure of the address by operating through the service alone, independent of the subscriber’s service. Members will not receive any form of unsolicited communication to their email accounts. The email address provided during registration serves only as means of communication between the user and the Iranian Exchange Team for information relevant to posted advertisements, such as a pending expiration dates or technical issues experienced with personal accounts. All users are reminded to exercise caution when providing information in the creation of an advertisement and to limit such information to that which is pertinent to the communication necessary for the advertisement. Users are instructed to refrain from providing personal information or any such details that they wish to remain private. All account information is password protected. Users are reminded to log off after completion of each session to ensure account security. *Information can be disclosed upon illegal or inappropriate use of the services of ZSany.com. Information concerning the specific pages and files accessed by each visitor can be collected by the Iranian Exchange team. However, such information serves only as data for traffic breakdown and statistical analysis. The information available to the team will function strictly as a server log file and is restricted to that visitor’s IP address, browser type or operating system and the site that referred the visitor to ZSany.com. This data will not disclose the identity of the individual and shall not be shared with any third parties. ZSany.com is configured to collect and access cookies stored by the server in order to contribute to the information collected about visitors for the aforementioned uses. Advertisements displayed within any page of ZSany.com that are accessed from this site are then granted the permission to collect and review such data generated within that website and the subsequent use of the information is subject to the individual privacy statement of that particular website, which is completely independent of the policies of ZSany.com.
